Invoice Maker Terms of Use
Last updated: October 9, 2026
These terms add to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"), which applies to the app. If they conflict, the Apple EULA prevails. "We" is Nikita Fedosov, an individual developer (contact below).
Using the app
The app helps you produce invoices and estimates and keep track of who has paid. You may use it for your own business or on behalf of a business you work for.
Guest and account
You can use the app as a guest: your documents stay on your iPhone. If you sign in (Sign in with Apple or Google), your profile, clients, documents and payment accounts are also copied to our server so they can be restored and synced between your devices. What we collect and how long we keep it is described in our Privacy Policy.
Your documents are yours
You own everything you create. You are responsible for the information you enter, including your clients' details, and for having the right to use it. Back up your iPhone if the records matter: as a guest, deleting the app deletes your data and we hold no copy; with an account, deleting the account deletes your data from our server as described in the Privacy Policy.
Estimates are a starting point, not advice
The AI estimate feature produces a suggested breakdown to save you typing. It needs you to be signed in and to agree to send your job description to our AI providers (see the Privacy Policy). Suggestions may be wrong or incomplete; they are not a quote, a valuation, or professional advice. Check every line and every number before you send anything to a client. You are responsible for what you send. There is a daily limit on the number of estimates per account.
Tax, invoicing rules, and payment details
The app does not know your jurisdiction's invoicing or tax requirements. Invoice numbering, tax rates, payment terms, and the bank details you print are yours to get right. Confirm your payment details are correct before sending an invoice — we cannot recover money sent to the wrong account.
Subscriptions
AI estimates require a paid subscription; creating documents, clients and PDFs is free.
- Price and billing period are shown in the app before you subscribe.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you subscribe.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms, not by us.
What we don't promise
The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it correct and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost income, lost data, or a dispute with a client. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it, and delete your account in Settings → Account. We may end access if the app is used unlawfully.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
